Squad Information
Killer Whales ( Dartford ) and Silver ( White Oak ) prepare the swimmers for Junior Top Squad. This is a joint WhiteDarts squad and is designed to provide a high level of incentive to the swimmers. The criteria for Junior Top Squad is set out below.
Must attend at least 3 sessions a week and be available for Galas if selected.
Have the ability to complete the full session to a satisfactory standard.
The coach considers it appropriate for a swimmer to be in the squad for their personal development.
Have attained the freestyle time for your age and gender, plus a Gold award over 100 metres in Backstroke, Butterfly, Breaststroke or the age and gender related time for Individual Medley.

Age limits for Junior Top Squad are 11-14(as at 31st December)
Junior Top Squad is designed to prepare swimmers for County Squad or Top Squad. These squads are both WhiteDarts squads and provide the highest level of incentive possible. The Criteria for County Squad is set out below.
Attend at least 4 sessions a week and be available for Galas if selected.
Have the ability to complete the full session to a satisfactory standard.
The coach considers it appropriate for a swimmer to be in the squad for their personal development.
Have attained 2 Kent County Qualifying times for your age ( as at 31st December )
County Squad swimmers will be expected to progress and continue to maintain Kent Qualifying times.
Age limits for County Squad are 13+ ( as at 31st December )
Exceptions to the above criteria will have to be agreed by the Joint Swimming Sub Commitee.
Top Squad
Attend at least 3 sessions a week and be available for Galas if selected.
Have the ability to complete the full session to a satisfactory standard.
Have attained two of the following times for your gender.
